ADHD Coaching
Does this sound familiar?
“I feel like my mind is racing, and I can never focus on just one thing.”
“I’ve tried managing my ADHD with strategies that never quite work.”
“I want to live a fulfilling life with ADHD, but I don’t know where to start.”
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone. ADHD is often misunderstood, but with the right strategies and mindset, you can thrive. It’s all about working with your brain, not fighting against it.

What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a specialized form of coaching that focuses on helping individuals with ADHD navigate their unique challenges and strengths in both personal and professional life. Unlike traditional coaching, which often applies a one-size-fits-all approach, ADHD coaching is personalized to meet the specific needs of those living with ADHD. It provides tailored strategies, tools, and support to help individuals understand and manage their ADHD symptoms in a way that works for them.
What to Expect?
At ThriveADHDCoach, I base my approach on a comprehensive ADHD Works Executive Functioning Framework, which helps individuals with ADHD better understand and manage the core challenges they face. Executive functions are the mental processes that enable us to plan, prioritise, organise, and follow through with tasks. For those with ADHD, these functions often don’t work as seamlessly, leading to difficulties with time management, staying focused, and completing tasks.
I use this framework to empower clients by breaking down complex goals into manageable steps and building strategies to enhance areas such as time management, organisation, and emotional regulation. By recognising these challenges and developing tailored strategies, clients can create lasting change in their daily lives, improve productivity, and feel more in control of their ADHD.
